A big favorite in the Caribbean is pork. Quite often it is spicy jerk pork. To prepare breaded pork chops for those who cannot manage it hot and spicy, we have an easy and delicious recipe.

Use medium thickness chops. Season the pork with garlic powder, thyme leaves, onion powder, and black pepper. For the breading, use plain unflavored breadcrumbs add to that garlic powder, thyme leaves, onion powder, and ground black pepper. Coat the chops with the “breading” mix and bake.

If you want a more spicy pork chop simply add Cayenne pepper powder to both the pork seasoning and the breading mix.  Immediately after pork chop is fully baked and still hot, bathe each chop in Truly Caribbean Montego Bay sauce and serve. Enjoy!
