Shrimp, as you know, is a favorite around the world, and the Caribbean is no exception. You can make Caribbean Shrimp easily at your home in a way that captures the flavors of the tropics easily for the whole family with Truly Caribbean Montego Bay Sauce.
Ideally, use fresh, unfrozen medium-size shrimp. First, season with crushed garlic, thyme leaves, finely diced onion, diced green onions (scallion), diced green peppers, and a dash of salt. If you want a spicier Caribbean shrimp, add Cayenne pepper powder to the ingredients.
To olive oil in a hot skillet, add this combination of seasonings stirring constantly. When they are about halfway done, add in the shrimp, continue to turn them until they are golden brown. Remove from the heat, stir in some Montego Bay Sauce and serve.
